Tradition Pointe is located in the Ballpark station area of Salt Lake City. Currently under construction, the 77-unit podium-style building will be conducive to a comfortable luxury lifestyle in an area of Salt Lake City that is quickly growing in entertainment options, community connectivity, and sustainable living. The goal of this project is to offer units affordable to those who don’t need two or three-bedroom units but a space to call their own, in a spot of gentrification and improvement.
